If we receive your order before midday, delivery to most postcodes in mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Islands) will be the next day. If received after midday, delivery will be carried out the day after the following day. Our delivery service will notify you by email on the day of delivery with a tracking number and a 2-hour time slot.
Residential Addresses – If nobody is at home when we try to deliver, we will try to deliver to a neighbour and, if successful, a card will be left telling you which neighbour accepted delivery. If delivery was not possible, the e-scooter will be returned to the depot and a card left asking you to contact our delivery service to rearrange delivery. The first rearranged delivery is free, any subsequent delivery attempts are chargeable to you.
Business Addresses – If nobody is present at the delivery address, the e-scooter will be returned to the depot and a redelivery will be attempted automatically the next business day. If this second delivery is unsuccessful, the e-scooter will be kept at the depot until we hear from you and the delivery will be chargeable.
